Returns Guideline

Product must be returned unworn, unwashed, in it’s original condition.

Please mention your order number when writing us.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet above criteria.

Return shipping and any reverse duties are the responsibility of the customer.

All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of your order date or 7 days from the date of receiving the order. . Once your return is received back at our warehouse and inspected, your refund will be issued. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed back to your original form of payment.

Shipping fees are not refundable.

All returned items are manually inspected.

You are responsible for the safety of the items until they are returned to our warehouse. Please ensure proper packaging of the items to prevent damage during shipping.

We are not responsible for any items or other items that were returned to us by mistake. If you want us to return them to you, we may ask you to cover the cost of shipping.

If you wish to receive a refund for your item but cannot send it back to us for some reason, then the refund will be made at our discretion.

If you do not wish to send back the item with minor defects to our warehouse, we have options for compensation, such as discounts or partial refunds. If you change your mind about the return or want to modify your request, please contact us.

You can request a full refund or exchange the defective item for the exact same item of proper quality or for a different item. If the item you want to exchange your defective item for is more expensive, you will need to pay the difference in price. If the item is less expensive, we will refund the difference in price to you.
